> Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in contact and let us know. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit via discount code for alternative/next purchase. Refunds via original method of payment are not available.

Any returns postage is at the customer’s expense and the use of signed for services is encouraged.

Please note: as we supply from a wide range of manufacturers the fitting guidelines will differ.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be returned unworn/unused in the condition which it was received with proof of purchase.

Returns will be inspected upon receipt and if satisfactory the exchange/credit will be issued.

> Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

> Exceptions 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

> European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
